Issai Mulberry is a small tree/bush that produces an abundance of black mulberries. Usually fruiting the first year after planting. Not as wise as Girardi when it comes to early bud break because of winter warm spells. Similar to Shangri La and Pakistan in that respect. Introduced from Japan. Space 10'circle Zones 6-8
